  • SYNAQUA® 9511 acrylic polyol emulsion is a waterborne binder that offers a better mix of performance attributes and sustainability (low VOC levels) compared to a traditional solventborne acrylic polyols when used in 2K or 1K stoving systems.
  • It gives formulators of polyurethane (PU) paints and coatings, a potentially better alternative for their sustainable industrial coatings. It is suitable for both topcoat and monocoat applications and can be applied on a large variety of substrates such as general metal, plastic, glass, wood or concrete flooring,

The ideal mix of sustainability and performance

SYNAQUA® 9511 binder is a waterborne acrylic polyol emulsion with hydroxyl groups (3% OH). The product was specifically designed to replace solventborne acrylic polyols in demanding industrial applications that have traditionally required products with significantly higher VOC levels. Coatings made with these binders, when properly formulated, can help manufacturers to meet key performance target of durability, gloss, adhesion and chemical resistance.
