ENCOR® 3211 is an alcali thickening, acrylic dispersion. ENCOR® 3211 is mainly used as undercoat of buffed leathers or splits. Basecoat compositions formulated with ENCOR® 3211 give good resistance to varnished leathers. For futher data please refer to the TDS.
